Panama City Symphony provides professional musicians for weddings, private parties, corporate events, fundraisers, festivals, and community celebrations across the area. Tell us a little about your event and what you have in mind — a soloist, a string quartet, a jazz trio — and our Orchestra Manager will follow up to talk through options and put together a quote.

ENSEMBLE OPTIONS
- Soloist — a single musician (harp, piano, violin, cello, or flute). Common for ceremonies, cocktail hours, and smaller gatherings.
- Chamber ensemble — string trio or quartet, brass quintet, or woodwind trio. A frequent pick for weddings, dinners, and receptions.
- Jazz & contemporary — a jazz trio (piano, bass, drums) or pop strings, well suited to cocktail parties and corporate mixers. Many of our groups also have pop, rock, and film arrangements; we can usually do a custom arrangement of a specific song for an added fee.
HOW IT WORKS
- Send us the basics below.
- Our Orchestra Manager reviews your request, talks through instruments and repertoire, and sends you a custom quote.
- Once you’re booked, the musicians handle their own sheet music and stands, rehearse, and arrive ready to play. We’ll coordinate setup with your venue or planner ahead of time.

What does it cost to hire symphony musicians?
It depends on the number of musicians, how long you need them, travel, and any special repertoire requests. Send us your details and we’ll put together a custom quote.
Do the musicians bring their own sound equipment?
Most of our instruments are acoustic and don’t need amplification. For outdoor or larger venues, sound is usually provided by the venue or client — we’re happy to advise on what you’ll need.
Can you play modern pop songs?
Yes. Many of our ensembles have pop, rock, and film arrangements ready to go. If there’s a specific song that needs a custom arrangement, we can usually do that for an added fee.
